Having renovated and self-built my own home; including managing a builder going into administration mid-project, I bring first-hand understanding of exactly what clients are going through, making the process smoother and genuinely enjoyable.
How it works
The earlier I'm involved, the better the outcome; ideally before an architect is appointed, or at least before key decisions are locked in. This keeps the brief clear, the team aligned, and costly changes later much less likely.
